The Starting Point
Petscy sells pet treats and supplements built on high quality ingredients, and the listings undersold exactly that, because the pages read like commodity pet food while the product justified a premium. This engagement ran during our agency years inside a larger team, and the lever was positioning rather than spend.
What The Work Looked Like
The listings were rebuilt to lead with the ingredient story, because a shopper who understands why the product costs more stops comparing on price alone. Unit pricing was reworked alongside the content so the price and the page told the same premium story, and the advertising then had a page worth sending traffic to.
What Moved
Sales velocity and unit pricing rose together, which is the outcome that matters, because volume bought with discounts is rented while volume earned at a higher price compounds into margin the brand keeps.
The full playbook that came out of these years now runs as code on our current accounts, and the recent case studies show it with daily dashboards attached.
