The Starting Point
TriBella came in with a problem that advertising cannot fix, because two shipments worth over $8,000 combined had vanished into Amazon logistics and months of the brand chasing reimbursement on its own had gone nowhere. This engagement ran during our agency years inside a larger team, and the first job was operational rather than promotional.
What The Work Looked Like
The reimbursement cases were rebuilt from documentation and pursued through the proper channels until Amazon paid, because money recovered from operational failures is margin that funds growth without touching the ad budget. With the account healthy, the listings were brought up to standard so the recovered capital had somewhere productive to go.
What Moved
Both shipments were reimbursed at $4,000.00 each, returning the full $8,000 to the business, and the brand put that recovered capital toward campaigns and inventory instead of writing it off. The owner stayed on for the account management because the operational side finally had an owner who treated recoveries as part of the P&L.
The full playbook that came out of these years now runs as code on our current accounts, and the recent case studies show it with daily dashboards attached.
