Warm Fuzzy Toys

Toys & Games ยท From the managed portfolio

The August 2025 revamp set a 10% ACOS target with search query report access secured the same week, the target ACOS was hit by the September 10 review, and by July 2026 the client was talking about breaking $100K a month on the ads side.

The Starting Point

Warm Fuzzy Toys came to us inside the Warm Fuzzy portfolio, and the earliest logged work was a December 2024 budget analysis that sorted campaigns into top performers, average campaigns, bleeders, and bloated spenders. On December 10, 2024 we doubled budgets on the top performing campaigns, cut bleeder budgets by 50 percent, trimmed bloated campaigns by five dollars, and left average campaigns alone because they needed no action. The account then forced a hard reset in August 2025, because an unexpected ad spend increase on Warm Fuzzy Toys pushed the client to pause optimization on Ten Point Gear and WineOvation. That scare became the opening we needed, so on August 25, 2025 we secured search query report access and client approval to revamp the campaigns against a ten percent ACOS target.

What The Work Looked Like

Our strategist made Warm Fuzzy Toys her priority account that same day, and we opened a formal account revamp task in ClickUp on October 15, 2025 to hold the rebuild together. On that October call we told the team to launch nothing new and instead reduce bids, reduce budgets, and run reduced traffic, because the goal was hitting the fifteen percent target. The discipline held through the following months, so by February 2026 the weekly review noted no open action items for Warm Fuzzy while new ASINs arrived that needed launch campaigns. By May 27, 2026 the client asked us to start PPC on seven SKUs that already had live inventory, so we handed the SKU list to the team for initial campaign setup. In June 2026 the work ran across five parallel ClickUp tracks, covering an account update, account analysis, product onboarding, product target matrix analysis, and an AMC audience test, because the engagement had widened.

What Moved

The clearest early win came on the September 10, 2025 call, where we credited the team for fully implementing the Warm Fuzzy strategies because we had hit the target ACOS. The account also became our internal benchmark, because in May 2026 we told another brand's team to model their monthly report on what we already do for Warm Fuzzy Toys. Prime Day 2026 stress tested the operation, because the client wanted confirmation that ads were live for every ammo box coming back in stock and every LED viewfinder ASIN running in the event. The strongest signal of where the account stands landed on July 15, 2026, when the client relayed the ownership view that we can break 100k per month if we make some changes on the ads side.

Every date and figure above comes from our own engagement logs, and the other case studies carry the same discipline with dashboards attached.
