Managed Account

WineOvation

Kitchen & Dining ยท From the managed portfolio

What moved most visibly was bid management at scale, because from July 25, 2026 our automated pipeline logged daily bid updates against the WineOvation US profile with roughly 502 targets in scope.

The Starting Point

WineOvation came to us inside the Warm Fuzzy portfolio, and our first logged touch was a budget analysis on December 8, 2024, because the client wanted both increases and decreases reviewed. The account was carrying paused work at the start, so on January 20, 2025 we completed a ClickUp task to reenable the top five campaigns and targets that were sitting paused. The path was not smooth, because on August 24, 2025 the client asked us to temporarily pause ads optimization for WineOvation and Ten Point Gear after an unexpected ad spend increase on Warm Fuzzy Toys. The pause was still in effect on August 25, 2025 when we updated the team, so WineOvation sat on hold while the approved campaign revamp work went to Warm Fuzzy Toys instead.

What The Work Looked Like

The work looked like steady operator hygiene, because on the November 18, 2025 call we confirmed with our analyst that we actually had business report access for WineOvation before assigning anything. Reporting stayed on the cadence too, so on the December 1, 2025 call we flagged that we still needed the WineOvation monthly report alongside the IPORT and Warm Fuzzy totals. By June 19, 2026 the account was in a full working block, because We had five ClickUp tasks in progress covering an account update, an account analysis, product onboarding, PTMA, and an AMC audience test. The product onboarding card meant new products moving into launch campaigns, so the account was not only being maintained but was also getting fresh catalog pushed through paid traffic.

What Moved

What moved most visibly was bid management at scale, because from July 25, 2026 our automated pipeline logged daily bid updates against the WineOvation US profile with roughly 502 targets in scope. A typical early run updated 496 of 503 targets with 7 errors, so the machine was touching nearly the whole target set on most days rather than a small slice. Later runs settled into a pattern of 455 of 502 updated with 45 non exact targets skipped, and the job kept running daily through August 11, 2026 without us babysitting it. The logs hold task states, pause dates, and bid update counts, but they hold no sales, ACOS, or spend figures for WineOvation itself, so we keep the outcome claims qualitative here.

Every date and figure above comes from our own engagement logs, and the other case studies carry the same discipline with dashboards attached.
